Some interesting birds down here that are not  found on our usual birding routes - they included Brown-winged Parrotbill, Black-breasted Thrush, Chinese Francolin, Blue-tailed Bee-eater, Indochinese Roller, Grey-breasted Prinia, Hill Prinia, Pied Chat, Upland Pipit, Chesnut-tailed Minla, Hill Blue Flycatcher, Rosy Minivet. Species that are represent of an avifauna found on the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau
